We provide AI consulting and automation setup services to small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are agreed upon separately with each client, typically following an initial discovery call.
We offer a money-back guarantee on certain engagements: if the system we set up doesn't pay off for your business, you get your money back.
Note: the specific terms of this guarantee (time window, definition of "pay off," and refund process) are being finalized and will be added here. Until that language is added, the guarantee terms discussed directly with a client for their engagement control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company retains ownership of its underlying tools, templates, and general methodology used to deliver services. Custom configurations, content, and workflows built specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement belong to that client upon full payment, excluding any underlying Company tools or third-party platforms used to build them.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moss Industries LLC and its founders, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement.
